The Kampa Colonel Field Kitchen has a large flat work surface and there is a shelf underneath.  There is also and a rubbish basket to one side.  The secondary work surface is ideal for prep work whilst you continue to cook.

The Kampa Colonel is very strong but also lightweight and it is very easy to transport as it packs down flat and into its own carry case (supplied).
