Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with any product purchased on our website, however if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so (at your own cost) within 28 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened packaging.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.  Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Unwanted items
If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended purpose, you MUST inform us of your intention to return them to us within 14 days of purchase by e-mailing customerservices@wmcamping.co.uk .  The items should be returned unopened, unused condition and in all the original packaging.  If this is not the case we will be unable to issue a refund.  Returns for this reason will be at your own cost. We recommend that you send the item(s) using registered delivery.  If the order was on free delivery a fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund for payment for delivery to you in the first instance. Any delivery fees for orders under £100 will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods
If you find that your item(s) that you have purchased from us to be faulty, then please contact us at the earliest possible opportunity by emailing customerservices@wmcamping.co.uk .  Once we have received your email we will repair, offer a replacement or process a refund.

Tents
Your tent is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage to the tent, its poles or other components which are caused by the following:
• Stormy or Windy conditions
• Accidents
• Misuse
• Wear and Tear
• Incorrect erection

Any tent or camping equipment reported as faulty must be returned to us where it will be fully tested and inspected by our experts.

PLEASE NOTE: All Tent products being returned for inspection MUST be dry, clean and mud free due to Health and Safety, otherwise the product will be returned to the customer at their expense until the above have been adhered to.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned Item(s) we will process your refund.  This may take 30 days to credit your account.  But in many cases it will be sooner. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
