Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday only except pre-orders which will be delivered in June 2022

We ONLY deliver to UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands).  


Orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept the delivery of the product.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

Click and Collect

Once you have placed your order online, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order and chosen collection options.

Items will be held in store until the end of the next working day. However, if you are not able to collect the items during this period, you can contact the store on 01227 712222 or e-mail and request a longer collection period.

The items you have ordered can only be collected within store opening hours which are provided on our website here.

To collect your order, please bring the following items with you:

  1. Printed e-mail confirmation or order confirmation number.
  2. Valid photo I.D such as a photo driving licence or passport.

This feature is not available for all products.  Although you can order most products online for store collection, there are some items for which we do not offer this service.
