We currently offer a 4–6 working day (Monday-Friday) delivery service to mainland UK addresses only.Â

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier network, so delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, such as traffic, bad weather, or high parcel volumes.
Mainland UK Delivery
Orders to mainland UK addresses are delivered within 4–6 working days.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland is available, but a £19.99 surcharge applies. Please select Northern Ireland Delivery.
Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland may also take slightly longer than our standard mainland UK delivery times.
Important Delivery Information
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent so you can follow its progress.
Tracking information is the most accurate way to check your delivery status. If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has stopped updating, please get in touch and we will contact the courier on your behalf.
Some larger or heavier items may take a little longer to arrive depending on the courier and service required.
Delivery Exclusions
Our standard 4–6 working day delivery service applies to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply to selected postcodes and non-mainland locations.
Courier Delivery Times
We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Please note the delivery windows:
Orders under 30kg
APC Overnight:Â Deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm. APC does not offer a timed delivery service. It is an all day service.
Orders over 30kg
DHL:Â Deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm. You will receive a text or email with a delivery time window. We do not have control over the time of delivery.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during these times to help avoid delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Couriers will not leave parcels in a safe place.
