6 Man Air Tents

Pitching a 6 man tent is very quick, much quicker than pole versions. Most air tents can be inflated in around minutes using the included pump. Then peg the tent out to complete the setup.

A 6-man air tent suits four people, giving you plenty of space for furniture and other camping gear. If you’re camping as six adults, you may find it a bit tight and might prefer a larger tent, such as an 8-man model, for extra comfort.

Most 6-man air tents are tall enough for standing, with some models offering head heights of up to 230cm.

A well-looked-after air tent made from quality materials can last anywhere between five and ten years, sometimes longer, depending on how often it’s used and how it’s stored.

Air tents perform well in windy conditions. Their flexible beams bend and absorb gusts better than rigid poles. For best stability, always use all guy ropes, storm straps and pegs, and pitch the tent so the lowest side faces into the wind.
