How long does it take to pitch?

Thanks to the Oxygen Air Frame System, the tent usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes to pitch.

What is the correct pitching order?

Lay the tent out flat, peg the four corners of the sewn-in groundsheet, then inflate the air beams to around 6 PSI. Once inflated, adjust the pegging as needed to ensure the tent is secure and tensioned correctly.

Should I do a trial pitch before my holiday?

Yes, it is strongly recommended to pitch the tent at home first so you are familiar with the setup before you travel.

Is the tent suitable for seasonal pitching?

No, this tent is designed for touring and occasional use. It is not intended to be left up for long-term or seasonal pitching.

How do I reduce condensation?

Keep ventilation points open wherever possible to improve airflow. Keeping wet clothing and damp equipment out of the main living area will also help reduce moisture inside the tent.

What should I do if an air tube keeps deflating?

First check the Dynamic Speed Valve is fully sealed with the button in the outward position. If there is still a slow leak, the valve may need tightening. Use the valve tool supplied in the repair kit and turn clockwise to secure it.

How should I store the tent?

Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing it away to avoid mould or mildew. Store it in a cool, dry place.

Is the air frame covered by warranty?

Yes, the Oxygen Air Frame system normally carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults, although terms and conditions apply and you should check details with your retailer.
