Overview & Intended Use
The Holawild Sherwood 8.0 Groundsheet is designed for campers who want to protect their tent from ground damage while extending the lifespan of the sewn-in groundsheet. Laid directly underneath the tent, it acts as a barrier between the ground and the base of the tent, taking the brunt of abrasion from stones, grit and uneven surfaces.
It is particularly useful for regular campers, longer stays or pitching on harder ground where wear is more likely. The footprint also makes pitching simpler, allowing you to position your tent accurately before setup begins.

Materials, Build & Design
Constructed from durable 100% polyethylene, the groundsheet is built to cope with repeated use on a wide range of campsite surfaces. The material is tough enough to resist tearing while remaining flexible for easy handling and storage.
Its shaped design mirrors the base of the tent, ensuring full coverage where it matters most without excess material protruding beyond the footprint of the tent.
Size, Capacity & Everyday Use
The groundsheet lays flat beneath the tent and clearly outlines the intended pitching area, helping you choose a suitable spot before committing to setup. After use, it can be quickly removed, shaken clean or wiped down, making it far easier to manage than cleaning the tent’s sewn-in groundsheet.
When packing away, it folds down compactly and can be stored separately to keep the rest of your tent clean and dry.
