How long does it take to inflate the mat?
The mat self-inflates in approximately 5-10 minutes. For a firmer feel, additional air can be added manually.
Does this mat require a pump?
No, the self-inflating design means no pump is needed. Simply open the valves, and the foam core expands automatically.
How do I deflate and pack the mat away?
Open the valves and roll the mat from the opposite end to expel air. Use the included compression bands for easier storage.
