Outdoor Revolution Cayman Air Low Drive Away Awning (180-220cm)
- Attachment Height: Low 180-220cm
- Single-point inflation air frame
- NEW: Tensile Active 70D ripstop polyester fabric
- Drive-away awning for campervans
- Footprint groundsheet included
The 2026 Cayman Air Low is designed to be straightforward to live with on site, combining fast pitching with a highly usable internal layout. Its single-point inflation system allows the entire structure to be inflated from one valve, removing the complexity of traditional pole setups and making it particularly appealing for touring campers who pitch and pack away frequently.
New for 2026, the Tensile Active fabric is a 70D polyester enhanced with ripstop for increased durability. It maintains the lightweight handling of earlier versions while offering improved resistance to wear and tear. A 4000mm hydrostatic head provides reassuring protection against prolonged rain, and the integrated front porch helps shield the entrance in poor weather.
Inside, the 3 × 3 metre footprint creates a bright, open living space that works equally well for dining, cooking, relaxing or storing kit. Full-height door panels can be opened on multiple sides, allowing the awning to be used as a sheltered social space or opened up for a gazebo-style feel in warmer conditions.
For those needing extra sleeping capacity, the Cayman Air Low offers flexible options. A clip-in two-berth inner tent can be added inside the awning, or the rear panel can be zipped out to attach the Cayman Annexe, increasing sleeping space without reducing the main living area.
An integrated front porch provides weather-protected access, helping keep rain away from the entrance and interior living space.
Tensile Active 70D ripstop polyester offers improved strength and durability while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.
The Oxygen Air-Frame System uses single-point inflation to raise the entire structure quickly and evenly.
A zip-back cowl allows the awning to be detached from the vehicle, leaving it freestanding while you drive away.
The fully sewn-in PE groundsheet creates a sealed base, with fold-down door sections to reduce trip hazards.
Roof ventilation with a Velcro-down storm cover, combined with large opening panels, helps maintain airflow and reduce condensation.
Compatible with an optional clip-in two-berth inner tent, zip-on Cayman Annexe and matching carpet.

How long does it take to set up?
Using the single-point Oxygen Air Frame system, the awning can normally be inflated, pitched, and pegged out in around 10–15 minutes.
Does it come with a pump?
Yes, it includes a manual double-action hand pump as standard. You can also use an optional electric pump if preferred.
Which height version do I need for my vehicle?
Measure from the ground to your awning rail.
How does it attach to the vehicle?
It comes with 4mm and 6mm Kador piping, allowing connection to different awning channels. If you want to drive away and reattach easily, a drive-away fixing kit is recommended.
Can I drive away and leave the awning standing?
Yes. The awning is designed to be freestanding. Simply disconnect the tunnel from your vehicle and zip it closed, leaving it pitched while you use your vehicle.
How waterproof is the fabric?
It is made from 120HDE High Density lightweight fabric with a 3000mm hydrostatic head rating and fully taped seams, offering strong weather protection for normal UK camping conditions.
Are the air tubes replaceable?
Yes. The internal air bladders are replaceable and spares are available through official channels. The outer sleeves can also be repaired if needed.
What optional extras are available?
Optional extras include a fitted carpet, footprint groundsheet, a two-berth clip-in inner tent, and a compatible rear annexe for additional space.
What is the warranty period?
The awning has a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Outdoor Revolution also provides a lifetime guarantee on the Oxygen Air Frame system, which must be registered online.
How do I deal with pooling water on the roof or tunnel?
Make sure the awning is pitched with good tension so rainwater runs off. Some users find the tunnel area may occasionally collect water and needs a quick push to clear.
How do I reduce condensation?
Keep ventilation points open where possible and use mesh or door openings to improve airflow.
What is the recommended inflation pressure?
The recommended inflation pressure is around 4 PSI. The built-in Intelligent Frame Relief Valve will release excess air if overinflated, so a pressure gauge is not essential.
