Overview
Making a welcome return for the 2026 season, the Outdoor Revolution Cayman Cuda DT is designed to add extra covered space beside your campervan with minimal fuss. Its compact footprint keeps pitch size manageable, while the interior offers enough room for a small outdoor kitchen, storage, or a comfortable daytime living area.

Pitching is quick and straightforward thanks to the Dura-Tech fibreglass pole system. Two crossed poles create a stable dome-style structure with a square base, giving reassuring rigidity even when conditions turn breezy. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to get set up without needing a second pair of hands.

The updated Tensile Core fabric is a 70D polyester with a 3000mm hydrostatic head, offering reliable protection against wind and rain. Combined with the fully sewn-in groundsheet, the awning seals neatly against the elements while remaining breathable and comfortable in use.

Large PVC windows allow plenty of natural light inside, while toggle-in blinds provide privacy when required. The three-stage front door can be fully opened for open-air use or partially closed for sheltered access, giving flexibility throughout the day.

Key Feature Sections

Doors

The front panel features a three-stage door system, allowing it to be fully opened, partially opened, or closed depending on weather and access needs. This makes it easy to balance ventilation and shelter.

Fabric

Constructed from 70D Tensile Core polyester, the fabric offers a 3000mm waterproof rating. It is designed to handle regular touring use while keeping overall weight low.

Pitching Method

The Cayman Cuda DT uses a Dura-Tech fibreglass pole system with a crossed-pole dome construction. This provides a stable structure that is quick to assemble and easy to manage on solo pitches.

Drive-Away Capability

Designed as a true drive-away awning, it can be detached from the vehicle and left freestanding on site when you head out for the day.

Groundsheet

A fully sewn-in groundsheet creates a sealed living area, helping to keep out drafts, dirt, and moisture.

Ventilation

Roof ventilation with a Velcro-down storm cover helps maintain airflow while protecting against bad weather. Mesh panels provide additional ventilation without inviting insects inside.

Optional Extras

Inner tents and accessories can be added separately to adapt the awning for different trip styles.

What are the packed dimensions and weight?

The awning weighs approximately 9.9kg and packs down to around 66 x 28 x 24cm, making it easy to store in a campervan.

Usage & Features

How do I attach it to my vehicle?

The awning includes 4mm and 6mm twin beading, so it can be attached to most awning rails and wind-out canopies. It can also be fitted using throw-over straps. For easier detachment when using your vehicle, a drive-away kit is recommended.

Can I drive away and leave the awning standing?

Yes. As a drive-away awning, it is designed to stand independently. You simply disconnect it from your vehicle and leave it securely pitched until you return.

Can I add extra sleeping space?

Yes. An optional two-berth inner tent can be purchased separately and toggled inside the awning.

How can I help reduce condensation?

Keeping ventilation points open will help. This awning includes roof ventilation with a storm cover and mesh side panel windows to improve airflow.

What warranty does it come with?
