The Vango Nevis 300 Tent offers a compact and lightweight shelter solution for short camping trips, providing ample space and quick pitch convenience. Designed to keep trekking simple, this 3-man tent is packed with features such as PowerLite Alloy poles, door vents, and the TBS® II Tension Band System, ensuring strength and stability for carefree adventures. With its lightweight and small pack size, the Nevis 300 is ideal for any outdoor excursion.

Design and Construction:

Featuring a tunnel tent style, the Nevis 300 provides an optimal space-to-weight ratio while offering good headroom for occupants. The Protex 70 Denier Polyester Flysheet, with a 3000mm Hydrostatic Head (HH), ensures high waterproofing, durability, and reliability, keeping you dry and comfortable even in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, all flysheet and groundsheet seams are factory taped for a watertight seal, enhancing protection during rainfall.

Ventilation and Comfort:

The breathable polyester inner allows condensation to pass through, promoting a comfortable sleeping environment. A part mesh inner door facilitates ventilation while keeping bugs out, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Convenient O-shaped inner doors are easy to open with one hand, enhancing usability.

Tension and Stability:

Equipped with the TBSII Tension Band System, the Nevis 300 ensures optimal performance in adverse conditions, especially strong, changeable winds. The system braces the pole at three points, reducing sideways movement and enhancing stability. It can be adjusted to remove slack and stowed away in calm weather, offering versatility and peace of mind.

Additional Features:

  • Inner pockets are conveniently positioned to keep your tent tidy and provide quick access to essential items.
  • The fast-pack tent bag features an oversized opening for easy packing and compression straps to control pack size, facilitating hassle-free transportation.
  • The tent has been fully wind and rain-tested to standard EN ISO 5912, ensuring suitability for use in wet weather conditions during occasional and weekend camping trips. However, storms and extreme weather should be avoided for safety.
  • The fabrics used in the construction of the tent meet European EN5912 safety standards for fire retardancy, providing added protection and peace of mind.
