The Vango Sherwood 600XL Poled Tent is a spacious 6 berth family tent designed for longer camping trips, family holidays and weekends away. It uses a fibreglass poled structure with modern Vango features, giving you a strong, weather-ready tent with plenty of living space and comfortable sleeping areas.

Made with Vango Sentinel Excel 150D fabric, the Sherwood 600XL boasts a 5,000mm Hydrostatic Head waterproof rating, helping to keep you protected in wet weather. The fabric also features ColourLok Eco technology, which helps improve colour retention against UV light while using less water during production.

The tent is supported by Vango PowerFlex® Fibreglass Poles, which are colour-coded to make pitching more straightforward. Combined with Vango’s TBS®II Tension Band System, the Sherwood 600XL offers a stable structure in changing conditions, helping to reduce sideways movement when the weather turns windy.

Inside, the Vango Sherwood 600XL Poled Tent has a generous living area with upright walls for more headroom at the sides, large Diamond Clear windows and zipped privacy curtains. The pre-attached front awning gives extra enclosed space for cooking, dining, storage and muddy shoes, while the side entrance with rain-safe canopy helps protect the doorway in poor weather.

The sleeping area includes Vango's Midnight King Size Bedrooms, using darker fabric to reduce early morning light. Each person gets a wider 70cm sleeping area, giving more room than standard bedrooms. A toggled inner divider allows flexible sleeping arrangements, and bedroom pockets provide space for smaller items such as phones, torches and glasses.

Ventilation is managed through Vango AirZone panels, with high and low-level vents helping airflow through the tent and reducing condensation. Mesh doors in the living area allow fresh air in while helping to keep insects out.
