Strong Sentinel DynamicWeave™ Fabric

Vango has built the Tacoma 800XL using Sentinel DynamicWeave fabric, which combines interwoven 70D and 100D polyester threads for improved strength and durability. This fabric is designed to handle regular family camping use while keeping the tent pack size manageable.

The flysheet has a 4,000mm HH waterproof rating, with fully taped seams to help keep rain out during typical UK camping weather. The fabric also uses ColourLok Eco, a solution-dyeing process that uses up to 80% less water while improving UV resistance and helping the tent retain its colour for longer.

Spacious Vis-à-Vis Layout

The Vango Tacoma 800xl Tent layout is one of its biggest advantages. The two inner tents are positioned at opposite ends, giving separate bedroom areas for extra privacy. This makes the Tacoma 800XL especially suitable for larger families, mixed groups, or parents who want a bit more distance from the children’s sleeping area.

Toggled privacy curtains can be rolled away during the day and closed when you want more seclusion.

For extra outdoor shelter, the side doors are king pole compatible, allowing you to create a canopy with optional king poles. The Tacoma 800xl can also be used with an additional side awning for more covered space.

The Midnight Bedrooms use Vango’s darkest bedroom fabric to reduce early morning light, helping you get a more restful night’s sleep. This is especially useful during summer camping trips when sunrise can be early.

Clear Access Bedrooms make it easier to get in and out, with a wider opening and no step into the bedroom. Bedroom pockets give you space for smaller items such as phones, torches, glasses and other essentials.
