The Vango Tahoe 500 is an easy to pitch 5 person tent that blends durable materials, clever design, and eco-conscious technology to make your next camping trip comfortable and reliable. Built with Vango’s Sentinel DynamicWeave™ fabric, the Tahoe 500 offers strong, long-lasting performance, ideal for couples and small families seeking a dependable tent for weekend trips and longer stays.

This 5-man tent features queen-sized Midnight bedrooms with darkened fabric to reduce early morning light, providing a better night’s sleep, especially useful for families with children or light sleepers. The living area includes Diamond Clear windows to let in natural light, with toggled curtains for privacy when needed. A linked-in groundsheet keeps the living space clean and protected, while the large mesh panel on the front door improves airflow and helps minimise condensation.

Pitching is straightforward thanks to colour-coded PowerFlex® fibreglass poles, designed to be lightweight yet strong. The TBS®II Tension Band System provides added stability in windier conditions, giving you confidence when the weather turns. The tent’s waterproof rating of 4,000mm HH and fully taped seams mean you’ll stay dry even in changeable conditions.

Sustainability is built into the Tahoe 500 design. The fabric uses ColourLok Eco™ technology, a solution-dyed process that significantly reduces water usage and carbon emissions during manufacture, while also improving UV resistance to help the colour last longer.
